Reset do Intercomunicador G9 da Cardo Systems

Segue abaixo  o procedimento de reset e re-pareamento de toda a série de intercomunicadores para capacetes, de modelo G9 da Cardo Systems:


Thank you for contacting the Cardo Systems Support Center.

To resolve your connection issue you must reset the devices and create all new pairings.

Perform FULL PAIRING RESET (not Intercom Pairing reset) to all G9’s.

1. With the G9 powered on, press and hold the Mobile button until the unit begins to flash red and blue.
2. With the LED flashing red and blue, press and hold the volume up button for 5 seconds until the unit flashes purple and turns off.
3. You have now reset your unit.

To connect the Scala Rider G9 and Scala Rider G9 headset please do as follows.

1. While both headsets are turned OFF, turn them ON by pressing and holding the Mobile Buttons until the Blue Lights flash three times.
2. Make sure that both headsets are now flashing slowly in Blue.
3. Choose an available CHANNEL you wish to use to pair the headset (CHANNEL “A” or CHANNEL “B”). NOTE: Selecting a CHANNEL that is already in use will override the paired headset on that CHANNEL with the newly paired headset.
4. On the Scala Rider G9 headset, press and hold the assigned CHANNEL BUTTON (“A” or “B”) for at least six seconds until the headset’s BLUE or RED Light begins flashing rapidly, indicating it is in Intercom Pairing mode.
5. Repeat Step 3-4 for the other Scala Rider G9
6. Within a few seconds, both headsets will show a solid light for two seconds, indicating that the two headsets are now paired, connected and ready for use.


When both headsets are turned on and you hear Rider A connected this does not indicate that your intercom is open for conversation, it is a notification that the headsets recognize each other as being paired.


To start a Buddy Intercom call while the headset is on Standby you can either:


VOICE CONNECT:

Use a quick sound such as “Wew”
You will then receive a beep within the headset, once your hear the beep you must say “Call Intercom”. Your headset will then respond with “Calling Intercom”. Then you will have a temporary intercom conversation when riding with only one intercom partner.

A BUTTON CONNECT:

Single tap the A Button
A Buddy Intercom call will be established. To end the Buddy Intercom call, single tap the A Button again.

If you are activating the intercom with your voice the headset will continue to go into standby, you should use the “A” or “B” intercom button to activate the intercom to allow the connection to stay open.
